The cast iron that Dutch ovens are made from is exactly that, and the high walls of the pot trap
some of the heat so the cheese melts and the toppings cook at just the right rate. Once you’ve
got this method down, any night can be pizza night!
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 33 minutes
Total time: 38 minutes
Serves: 8

● 1/4 cup Food Club Yellow Cornmeal
● 1/2 cup Food Club Traditional Pizza Sauce
● 1 cup Food Club Finely Shredded Pizza Style Cheese
● 1/2 cup Food Club Large Olives, sliced
● Pepperoni, for topping
● 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
● Fresh basil, for garnish

until combined. Coat dough lightly with oil, cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough to desired thickness. Sprinkle bottom of
Dutch oven with cornmeal and press dough gently on top.
  3. Top dough with pizza sauce leaving a 1/2-inch border for the crust. Sprinkle evenly with
cheese. Top with olives, pepperoni and peppers.
  4. Bake until dough is golden-brown and cheese is bubbling, about 12-15 minutes. Garnish
    with basil and serve.
